Amazing Historical Events That Occurred on March 20th

March 21st is a day full of amazing historical events. On this day in 1413, Henry of Monmouth, the Prince of Wales, ascended the throne and became King Henry V of England. This was a significant moment in English history and marked the start of the House of Lancaster’s reign.

In 1702, Queen Anne addressed the English Parliament. This was the first time a reigning British monarch had ever done so. This marked an important milestone in the history of the British Parliament and its relationship with the monarchy.
